This course is designed for qualified manual therapists. Attendance requires a minimum Level 3 UK Sports Massage qualification (or equivalent) or sports/physiotherapy students.
Course Overview
By completing this course, participants will:

- Refine their manual handling skills to enhance patient comfort and treatment
efficacy.

• Cervical spine dysfunction and cervicogenic headaches
• Shoulder impingement and adhesive capsulitis
• Thoracic spine dysfunction and thoracic outlet syndrome
• Lumbar spine dysfunction and sacroiliac joint (SIJ) issues
• Patellofemoral joint dysfunction and knee pathologies
• Ankle inversion injuries and Achilles tendinopathy • Related clinical presentations
• Spinal pain management by Consultant Physiotherapist Aamir Safdar

• Myofascial release
• Muscle energy techniques
• Mobilisations with movement
• Spinal manipulations (thoracic and lumbar spine)
• Introduction to dry cupping techniques
• Introduction to dry needling techniques
• Rehabilitation and return-to-sport strategies
